CREDIT CONTROL GROUP LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Ensure credit risk supervision and management in ELKO Group companies
• Manage development and implementation of company's credit risk policies
• Ensure customer credit risk assessment
• Ensure effective recovery of trade debts
• Provide reporting on debtor portfolio
• Manage and develop Credit control group performance

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance or enterpreneurship
• At least 3 years of successful work experience in the finance field, preferably with credit risk assessment
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian
• Initiative and ability to perform in dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
