Riga Business School Council
Riga Business School strategic planning is carried out by the Council. The Council develops and approves Riga Business School academic development guidelines and oversees their implementation, regulatory documents for delivering programs, reviews related issues in research and methodology, elects lecturers and assistants, reviews study programs, co-ordinates scientific research work, approves the results of student academic performance, and resolves important administrative issues regarding academic work.

Advisory Board
The Advisory Board reviews and approves the RTU RBS budget and strategic plan, recommends and/or approves the procedures associated with the implementation of the plan, and regularly reviews the performance of the RTU RBS administration in implementing the strategic development guidelines. The Advisory Board establishes the Nomination Committee for the search for a Director and makes a recommendation to the RTU Senate for the appointment of the Director. The RTU RBS Advisory Board consists of ten members.
