RTU Riga Business School (RBS) and the Latvian Association of Personnel Management (LAPM) invite managers, RBS alumni and LAPM members to attend the master class  Leaders Talk series. The Leaders Talk series is organized in honor of RBS 20 Anniversary and LAPM 15 Anniversary.

Local and foreign entrepreneurs and high level managers from a variety of business functions will share their experience in using HRM strategies to successfully outcompete their rivals. The speakers will discuss the most current trends and practices of the most successful companies in Latvia.

The first master class is Integration of Corporate Values throughout the entire organization. Our guests will discuss the importance of Corporate Values, their impact on business outcomes, and the challenges faced by companies trying to integrate their values cross-organizationally.

The first event in the series is on September 20, from 4 – 5:30 p.m. We invite you to join us at RBS in one of the most advanced video conference auditoriums in the Baltics. The auditorium is a gift of the RBS Alumni for our 20th anniversary.
