In cooperation with the State Employment Agency RBS English Language Center now offers its high quality General and Business English courses through the Lifelong Learning Programme that covers up to 250 LVL towards tuition fee.

Employed and self-employed adults (except civil servants) can participate in the program if they:

• Are at least 25 years old;
• Are employed or self-employed;
• have not previously participated in professional, re-qualification, professional development or informal education programs organized by the State Employment Agency or participated in these programs at least 12 months ago or earlier;
• have not completed studies under this project or under ESF project “Professional training for persons under unemployment risk” within the last two years.

To benefit from the programme obtain a  voucher from the State Employment Agency (’NVA kupons’), take a placement test at RBS ELC and register for the course!
