Riga Business School is delighted to help companies and organizations through live panel discussions online with experts. Today we are happy to announce the fourth panel discussion "Learnings from the Covid Crisis?".   
 
On May 26, we invite you to participate in the discussion "Learnings from the Covid Crisis", listen to experts, their opinion, best practices or scenarios for dealing with the impact of COVID-19, preparing for the market after the crisis, learn some practical applications and ask your questions or share your expertise.
 
In this event, we will summarize all the panel discussions organized before, a special model for how to move forward based on what has come out of the previous panel discussions, and practical applications for the audience and their companies  will be presented.
Join our 1-hour long discussion with leaders representing different sectors. At the end of this discussion, there will be a live Q&A and discussion session. Please prepare your questions.

Special guest of the discussion - Sasha Kelberg, Grogrlass Founder and CEO. This discussion will be moderated by Greg Mathers, Riga Business School instructor and Adizes Latvia managing director.

Mr. Kelberg founded Groglass, using the technological basis of Sidrabe, an Institute for Thin Film Coatings, which used to service the Soviet Aerospace and Defence sector with high tech materials.  After Latvia gained its independence, Sidrabe became an internationally-renowned manufacturer of custom-made vacuum coating equipment.   
 
Groglass is the leader of anti-reflective glass for the European Museum and Picture Framing Sector in where it has >70% market share, operating a unique double-sided magnetron sputtering coater to produce anti-reflective optical coatings as well as chemical roll coating technology to produce UV-blocking optical layers. Its innovations in combining UV protection with finest optical qualities and advancements in easy-to-clean and easy-to-handle surface technology, made with the Museum professional in mind, make it also a leader in scientific innovation. 
 
Mr. Kelberg’s presentation will focus on covering various glass choices that a museum professional has, weighing pros and cons.  Also, Mr. Kelberg’s presentation will focus on the various distinguishing features of value-added glasing. 
 
Mr. Kelberg received a B.A. in Linguistics, cum laude, from the University of Rochester, and an M.B.A. in Finance and M.A. in International Studies from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
