 SANITA MEIJERE - Chief operating officer at PlayGineering Systems

Sanita will share her experience as a female top-manager of several organizations and differences in attitude towards bosses – females in various cultures. Some tips & tricks & hunter`s stories. Sanita Meijere is COO of the highly innovative Latvian sports` technology start up PlayGineering Systems. In her professional career she has established a Latvian IT company branch in Georgia and managed it for 4 years. She is also CEO and Member of the board of the Software Copyright Protection Association. 



ANTA PRAŅĒVIČA - Survey Team Leader at Fontes Vadības Konsultācijas

Anta will explain the gender pay difference graph. The problem is - women are not negotiating their salary, they ask and receive raises only for proven results and at a certain level, they refuse to take challenges knowing that it will be difficult to combine it with family and childcare. Anta discussed gender pay gap with more than 400 people - HR managers, organization managers and board members. She has collected comments, questions and explanations that are worth to share and discuss. Anta had worked as recruitment specialist at CVO Recruitment, at New Rosme she grew from being a Project Manager to Product Development division Manager. At present Anta is Consultant and Member of the Board/Survey team Leader at Fontes Vadības konusltācijas.

LAURA LIBERTE - Practicing psychologist, Mag.psych

Laura’s topic is "The Devil wears what? Woman-leader image and position in business environment: psychological phenomena analyzed in research and seen in practice". Laura is practicing psychologist, Mag.psych. She has more than 12 years of individual consulting experience, including performing intellectual and emotional evaluations. She is a researcher and expert in several international projects, lecturer in universities. Laura continues her own development with professional studies towards a European psychotherapist degree.
