Convenient location and schedule

Our program is at Riga Business School, Skolas street 11 at the very center of Riga (Latvia).
The 20 month program schedule means that you can earn this prestigious business degree without interrupting your career for two years. For 4 days per month you join your colleagues in the classroom and the rest of your time is spent at work and in outside of school tasks. You will not get lost in a big group because we limit admissions so you have maximum debate and exchange with faculty members and peers.

Our internationally recognized curriculum examines real-world issues from multiple perspectives. You develop the perspective and knowledge demanded for success in today’s global business environment. You will become a corporate leader who can integrate theory with practice and drive your company’s strategic projects. Only the most recent addition is our interactive videoconferencing auditorium. This technology brings you to nearly face–to-face interaction with the world’s top business and thought leaders, industry experts and professionals who will share their knowledge, experience and inspiration. In 2011 we introduced a forward leaning lecture capture system into our classroom process. This means that you will be able to download lectures to review and reflect on when you have the time.

Your classroom colleagues will have, on average, 15 years work experience and come from a range of industries and geographic locations. Exchange Study trip to North America

In your second year of Executive MBA studies, you travel to North America for a one week residency in State University of New York at Buffalo in USA or Ottawa University in Canada. Your group’s study trip is a customized program that combines academic learning with field visits to leading and innovative firms. Participants study “Power and influence” with visits to companies such as Coca-Cola and HBSC. To maximize your networking and for group dynamics your group will join other EMBA program participants for some modules and events. The rich schedule includes engaging social activities such as excursions, sightseeing tours, library visits, dinners and other social events.
