RTU Riga Business School (RBS) was founded in 1991, and this year we are going to celebrate our 25th anniversary with two events highlighting the RBS Community and Management. On October 21, RBS will launch an initiative in cooperation with the Latvia Centenary Bureau (Latvijas valsts simtgades birojs) and will end in October, 2018. During the next three years we will focus on bringing a positive connotation to the word “Management” and educating society by creating modern and accessible content about the Managers of Latvia.

Program of the Anniversary – October 21, 2016

“Management Inspiration Stories” introduces to public and recognizes managers who have managed significant development in different areas (economy, culture, sports, society, etc.) for Latvia during the last 100 years. Although often unknown to the general public, their experience, philosophy and values are essential to inspire and encourage others to set and achieve ambitious goals. This year we have invited managers who have lead significant development during the last 25 years.

The RBS 25th Anniversary celebration is a closed reunion event for the RBS Community with the aim to celebrate the success of the last 25 years in an informal atmosphere with Alumni, Students, Faculty, Staff and people connected closely to RBS. It is a great chance to meet old friends, establish new relationships and have an unforgettable time.
