In cooperation with the State Employment Agency, the  RBS English Language Center now offers its high quality services through the Lifelong Learning Programme.  The programme is open to currently employed adults and covers up to 250 LVL towards tuition fee. To benefit from the programme, obtain a  voucher from the State Employment Agency (’NVA kupons’), take a placement test at RBS ELC and register for the course!
