Introduction to Mathematics and Mathematical Reasoning is a course designed to refresh and systematise the students’ knowledge of elementary and secondary school mathematics, as well as to develop and enhance their mathematical skills and understanding in preparation for the University of London International Foundation Programme entrance examination. The students will be encouraged to apply mathematical methods both in standard problems and in less typical situations.
