The RTU Riga Business School Alumni Association welcomed alumni and RBS students to a talk by innovation leader Egils Milbergs on Friday February 25.
He discussed the new USA Council on Competitiveness- National Innovation Initiative and potential lessons for Latvia. Mr. Milbergs is a co-author of the report.
Mr. Milbergs shared a unique perspective on the importance of innovation within a complex ecosystem of other components. He emphasized the dangers of considering innovation as only the domain of researchers or scientists.

RBS MBA programs are the first programs of that kind that have been accredited in Latvia.
