Program Outline
The Program consists of 9 core courses and 6 elective courses + Master Thesis.

Specialization areas
The Program allows one of the following specialization areas:
- General MBA
gives you the flexibility to choose subjects depending on your personal interests and career path
- MBA IT
prepares you to lead the 21st century organizations operating in a rapidly changing, globally competitive, technologically sophisticated environment.
- MBA Finance
is a newly introduced specialization that, in addition to the MBA studies, will prepare you for passing the international CFA® exam.
- MBA Marketing
is a newly introduced specialization that will prepare you to get faster career advancement in the marketing industry.

Program Format
The classes are held on workdays from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the very centre of Riga (RBS building, 11 Skolas Street).

Each year is divided into 3 semesters. Students can choose to take 1-3 courses per semester. Most students choose to take 2 courses per semester which means they have classes twice a week. If two courses per semester are taken, the program can be accomplished in 2.5 years.

Language of Instructions - English

Your Degree - MBA (Master of Business Administration Degree)

In addition to the standard MBA diploma, you will also receive a certificate signed by the President of the University at Buffalo, the Rector of the University of Ottawa and the Rector of Riga Technical University that says that your MBA is fully equivalent to the North American MBA.

Accreditations
Our MBA programs are fully accredited in Latvia by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia.
We also have the International Quality Assurance accreditation awarded by CEEMAN (Central and Eastern European Management Development Association) - the premier management development organization in the region.

Faculty
Classes are taught only by the experienced and professional faculty (both local and international) educated in the Western universities and actively involved in the Latvian and international business. Whether faculty are consultants or working managers, they always bring their practical experience to the classroom.
