Professors at Riga Business School are researchers, consultants, and thought leaders in every aspect of business. They challenge and encourage students with a curriculum that offers knowledge, competence, freedom and passion for learning. The faculty body is composed of international and local professors, from a variety of backgrounds and with extensive experience in business.

Our professors seek to support the development of our students' critical thinking and leadership skills. RBS professors ask students tough, probing questions, offer alternative points of view, and force students to look more closely at their own assumptions. They always strive to develop better and more innovative ways for students to learn and discover. They always have time for their students – as teachers, advisors and mentors.
